Dear Sir,

This is to notify you that your Tender dated 02-01-2014 for the execution of the Works for Re-excavation of Boaljuri River from km. 0.000 to km. 10.000 = 10.000 km in Chowdhagram Upazilla Under Comilla O & M Division, BWDB, Comilla during the year 2013-2014 (Package No. COM/W-01/BOAL/2013-2014) for the Contract Price of Tk. 1,29,14,577.50 (Taka One crore Twenty nine Lac Fourteen Thousand five hundred Seventy seven & paisa Fifty) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the Project Director & Superintending Engineer, Comilla O&M Circle, BWDB, Comilla.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

(i)  accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 36.1

(ii)  furnish a Performance Security in the amount of Tk. 12,92,000.00 (Taka Twelve lac Ninety two thousand ) only within seven (7) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 20-02-2014 in accordance with ITT Clause 37.2

(iii)  sign the Contract within fourteen (14) working days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 23-02-2014 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 40.1

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
