☐ / We wish to be a ​Gold Sponsor​. A check for $600 is enclosed. Gold Sponsors receive prominent identification in all promotional materials including the event flyer, Showcase brochure, posters and news releases. Their exhibit table will be located in a prime location during the event.
We wish to be a ​Silver Sponsor​. A check for $300 is enclosed. Silver Sponsors receive prominent identification in the Showcase brochure and posters. An exhibit table will be provided during the event.
We wish to be a ​Bronze Sponsor​. A check for $150 is enclosed. Bronze Sponsors will be acknowledged in the Showcase brochures and posters. An exhibit table will be provided during the event.

By submitting a check and this form, the Sponsor agrees to the attached terms and conditions.

City Standard Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

  • Advertising materials must not involve or give the appearance of involving any activity which could result in the following: promotion of hostility or violence; an attack on ethnic, racial or religious groups; discrimination against any group; promotion of the use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or firearms; promotion of sexual, obscene or pornographic activities; promotion of any image that is not in keeping with the established goals and purposes of the City.
  • No part of this Sponsorship shall provide or suggest that the Sponsor will be treated differently than any other business in the City.
  • This Sponsorship shall be in effect from the date this form is submitted and check tendered and shall continue in force until the end of the Senior Showcase (the “Event).
  • If the City terminates this Sponsorship prior to the Event as herein provided, the Sponsor shall be refunded all of the Sponsorship Fee.
  • It is understood and agreed by the City and Sponsor do not stand in the relationship of partners or joint ventures in connection with this Sponsorship.
  • This Sponsorship shall be deemed to be a Virginia contract and shall be governed as to all matters whether of validity, interpretations, obligations, performance, or otherwise exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and all questions arising with respect thereto shall be determined in accordance with such laws.
  • Sponsor shall comply with all federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations now in effect or hereafter adopted, in the performance of this Sponsorship. If the Sponsor is a corporation, it expressly represents that it is in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia and will remain in good standing throughout the term of this Sponsorship.
  • Any and all suits for any claims or for any and every breach or dispute arising out of this Sponsorship shall be maintained in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in the City of Virginia Beach.
  • Unless specifically stated in this Sponsorship of the exhibit attached hereto, Sponsor will not have any rights of exclusivity. The sponsorship relationship described herein will not prevent the City from entering into additional sponsorship relationships with other entities.
  • The City may at any time, and for any reason, terminate this Sponsorship by written notice to Sponsor specifying the termination date, which shall be not less than thirty (30) calendar days from the date such notice is mailed. In no event shall either of the parties hereto be liable to the other party for the payment of any consequential, indirect, or special damages, including lost profits. This provision shall survive the expiration or termination of this Sponsorship.
  • It is understood and agreed that Sponsor hereby assumes the entire responsibility and liability for any and all damages to persons or property caused by or resulting from or arising out of any act or omission on the part of Sponsor, its agents or employees under or in connection with this Sponsorship, or the performance or failure to perform any work or services required by this Sponsorship. Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City and its agents, volunteers, servants, employees, and officials from and against any and all claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and litigation expenses suffered by any indemnified party or entity as the result of claims or suits due to, arising out of or in connection with (a) any and all such damages, real or alleged, (b) the violation of any law by Sponsor, its agents or employees applicable to this Sponsorship, and (c) the performance of the work or services by Sponsor or those for who Sponsor is legally liable. Upon written demand by the City, Sponsor shall assume and defend at Sponsor’s sole expense any and all such suits or defense of claims made against the City, its agents, volunteers, servants, employees or officials.
  • Sponsor shall not assign its rights and duties under this Sponsorship without the prior written consent of the City.
  • The parties agree that this writing constitutes the entire Sponsorship of the parties and that there may be no modification of this Sponsorship, except in writing, executed by the authorized representatives of the City and Sponsor.
