COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Tactical Office Solutions, LLC was formed in 2007 by James Apicella. James is a former Marine and an OEF service-disabled veteran. He had worked several years in the Contract Furniture industry, primarily with government sites. Working with seasoned members of the furniture business, James has learned the furniture industry quickly from the combined experience of others, developing an understanding of the government marketplace to develop and maintain the level of technical services necessary to provide comprehensive furniture management services. As a company that has been successful selling furniture, design, project management, installation, and other services to the federal government for several years, Tactical Office Solutions has experience with government contracts, policies, & procedures.

Tactical Office Solutions, LLC is pleased to offer you the ability to utilize the Packaged Environment as a solution which combines the skills, resources, products, and services of multiple vendors and/or contractors under a single contract. By partnering with other GSA Contract holders and GSA Approved Service Providers, in addition to adding Tactical Office Solutions, LLC direct services, we can now provide government buyers with a total solution of product and services under one purchase order. All products and services will be individually quoted to support your entire project, yet summarized using only one purchase order and can be managed at that level, thus reducing administrative time and dollar costs. Tactical Office Solutions, LLC’s Program and Project Management Team can help you design and implement a project plan in line with your agencies logistical demands and requirements.

These services and products create complete office/facilities solutions. Tactical Office Solutions, LLC can provide a total “turnkey” project. Services include interior renovations, alterations, refurbishment and/or modernization including interior construction; electrical services; plumbing services; HVAC; data and telecommunications cabling. Additional offered services may include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzing and identifying staff requirements, space standards, and workflow.

SIN 71-200: DORM & QUARTER PACKAGED ROOM:
Sleeping Rooms, Packaged Suites, Packaged Lounge & Dayrooms, Packaged Alternate Rooms, Suites and Lounge
The packaged Dormitory and Quarters SIN is designed to provide all furniture (e.g. beds, dressers, chairs) and furnishings (e.g. lamps, carpet, wall art) necessary for customers to furnish an entire dormitory or quarters room from one multiple award schedule. The individual components of the package shall conform with the technical requirements and testing of the SIN which covers the individual component. The individual component must be currently on GSA contract to be acceptable. The offeror shall provide the GSA contract brochure/price list as evidence of conformance with the technical requirements.

WARRANTY:
•Tactical Office Solutions Furniture Management Services carry a one year warranty. This warranty would include design services, program management, project management, and installation services supplied under the contract, included in the Scope of Work specified. The one year time period begins upon Completion of Work sign-off.
