Filters: saved each time, can filter by program division or partial initiative title

Results can be exported to excel – links are active

Print Preview button – check all or any number of boxes and then click button (don’t have to print)

Show/hide arrows both on list page and form can be used to expand/shrink sections

NIAID Data and Form (NIAID and NIH forms mimic each other): Asthma

View Phasing and Audit Log buttons – easy access to those sections for the initiative being viewed

  • Reviewable Units: complexity of applications/review (U19 vs. U01). Calculation – cheat sheet formulas.

Team member assignments and SEP information

  • SRP enters all staff involved from Branch Chief to support staff. SRO-Secondary’s are those assisting the SRO who is managing the meeting
  • It’s important to keep assignments updated – referred to by all staff

Links on side show DEA Ref # and receipt date, can easily access related initiatives

2014 Receipt – most should have post-review eval file if NIAID, reviewed by SRP and not a P01

Can add specific initiative form (or report) as an Internet Explorer Favorite to avoid having to search each time

SRP Statistical Report

  • Can use to check data entry and/or review activity based on related filters (annual perf. reporting use?)
  • Date between filter includes any initiative that has a Receipt-Council date within that range
  • Sort order is by Receipt Date

Phasing Chart Report

  • Gantt chart displays receipt through council data
  • Filters:
  • Date Between (receipt through council date within date span)
  • Division status – select Primary or Participating IF want to view all for a specific division
  • FY 2013
  • Grouped by division and then receipt date
  • Yellow=receipt date slippage, orange=SEP/meeting dates, green=council

Post-Review Evaluation Report

Easy access to post-review evals without having to look in specific form – open file by double-clicking on it

Can filter using partial title to find similar initiatives across program divisions: Genomics
