five undergraduate and three graduate degree programs, including graphic communications management, telecommunication systems, marketing/business education, technology education, vocational education and training and human resource development. Duties included staffing, curriculum development, scheduling traditional and distance education courses, budget preparation, purchasing, staff development and performance evaluation. Department was selected to receive the 1998 “High Performance Award” for departmental efforts related to outreach, distance education, educational partnerships and generation of additional credit hours and tuition revenue. Taught undergraduate and graduate courses in training, human resource development, instructional technology and computer applications. Responsible for recruitment, advisement, internship coordination, research supervision and career placement for students in the M.S. degree in Training and Development program.
