II.Announcements

A. CourseLeaf revised the workflows for graduate and dual-listed proposals. Please let your college rep know if you notice errors in the workflows.

B.CourseLeaf not recognizing re-arrangementsof courses within a Program: Liz Hachten and Melissa Thoma have found that the red and green markup does notappear when moving courses within the unit levels of a program. Courses moved within a program to a new unit level are currently identified by a vertical blue linetothe left of the course. Melissa Thoma is working with CourseLeaf to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please instruct all users to describe such changes precisely and clearly in the box asking for a summary of changes being made in the proposal. The Registar’s Office and others may need to rely on this box to understand and implement the changes.
