End of Grant Report
We ask all organisation we fund to send us a short report once our grant ends to help us learn about our effectiveness as a grant-maker and to understand the difference being made on the ground. We suggest that before writing your report, you refer to our offer letter and your original application to ensure that any specific conditions or commitments are highlighted in your report and accurately reflect the progress of your work and its impact.
Please complete all sections of this form, up to a maximum of 4 sides of A4 paper.
You may include a case study and attach photographs [ high resolution images] to give Trustees a flavour of your activities and who you work with. We may use photographic material on our website, so please ensure that material sent has the full consent of the individuals featured, including were required parental/guardian consents.

Outcomes

Section 2: Project Feedback

In this section provide abrief summary of the project funded, numbers of beneficiaries, how the project helped make a difference. In your report consider providing feedback to the following questions:

  • What were the key aims and activities delivered by the project and who was involved?
  • Have the targets or inputs outlined in your original application been met? i.e. i.e. has the project been delivered as described in terms of the number of people benefiting, workshops/new courses/ training hours delivered, one to one mentoring, outreach to vulnerable group, children no longer excluded from school, disabled people having a voice etc).Please provide examples and numbers.
  • What unforeseen challenges or major issues affecting the project’s performance did you experience, and what remedial action was taken or lessons learnt for the future?
  • Is there anything else you would like to share about the project, its achievements, activities or successes that are not covered elsewhere? You can also include any changes to your organisation, its structure, personnel or information about how you are positioned for the future.
  • You may include a short case study, photographs of your work, links to videos produced or quotes from staff, volunteers or beneficiaries.
