AN ORDINACE RELATED TO LAND USE REGULATION, PLANNING AND ZONING, AND ADMINISTRATION THEREOF IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF GALLATIN COUNTY, KENTUCKY.

Be it ordained by the Fiscal Court of Gallatin County, Kentucky, as follows:

PREFATORY PROVISIONS

153.0 (A)This Ordinance shall be codified into the Gallatin County Code of Ordinances as Section N. 153, or such other numeric designation as the compiler of ordinances deems appropriate.

153.0 (B)Provisions contained in this Ordinance to the contrary notwithstanding, this Ordinance shall be applicable only within the unincorporated area of Gallatin County unless and until adopted by an incorporated city situated therein in accordance with law.

153.0 (C)Provisions contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, it shall be permissible to build, erect or install one single-family residence, be it a dwelling, manufactured home or mobile home, as defined herein, in any zone, provided that all provisions herein relative to building permits, certificates of occupancy, inspections, lot sizes and setbacks and all other provisions applicable to building, installing, erecting and occupying residences in the R-1 Zone are complied with.
