  8. After sending your UT ID, you will be added to the registry after the most recent update!

  4. Fill out pages 4-11, 23, and page 30 of the DIY Pre-medical guide. The guide can be found here. You may not be able to fill out everything in all of those pages depending on where you are in your pre-medical process. Fill out as much as you can and note questions.
  5. Schedule an appointment with a Health Professions Coach by calling the Health Professions Office at: 512-471-3172. Outline your plan to them and ask any questions that you noted down in step (i).
  6. Have the Health Professions Coach sign the top of page 4 of your DIY pre-medical guide page.
  7. Scan and send all of your completed DIY pages to with an appropriate subject and message body.
