PARTY ROOM RENTAL CONTRACT
THIS CONTRACT is between Drink Me Eat Me, hereinafter called “DMEM”
and ______, hereinafter called the “HOST”.
DMEM agrees to lease to the Host the party room, and the Host agrees to rent from DMEM, located at 250-252 King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 0SP

This is including any set up time before event and clearing time afterwards. In the case of over-running the booked time, if the room is available there will be a surcharge of £25 per half hour.
To make clear - the time you book is the time you will have access to the room.
The Host shall pay the sum of £100 as a security deposit to DMEM. The room is not secured by the host until the deposit has cleared in the account. Upon performance of all obligations required by DMEM, the deposit shall be returned to the Host within 72 hours after contracted Event.
Host agrees that the rent for the space is payable on or before the day of Event.

IT IS FURTHER AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Host is renting the party room for the purpose of ______.
2. CANCELLATIONS: Host will incur a cancellation fee of 50% if Host cancels this Contract, for any reason, at least six weeks prior to Event. If Host cancels less than six weeks prior to Event the entire amount of rent is non-refundable.
3. CATERING: If Host provides their own food and soft beverage, a corkage fee of £30 will be added.
4. ALCOHOL: There is a corkage fee if alcohol is brought into the party room. The sale of alcohol by the host is not permitted - please speak to managment to make arrangments.
5. DAMAGE: Host agrees to keep party room in good condition and shall not permit any unusual wear, damage, breakage or theft to occur. Host shall pay DMEM for any loss or liability incurred to any part of the property during Event. If there is liability in excess of the security deposit made by the Host, then Host authorizes DMEM to charge the amount of the excess cost to the credit card left with DMEM as additional security.

6. CLEAN UP: At the conclusion of the Event, Host agrees to bag any refuse and debris generated from the event in their own rubbish bag(s), and remove from premises appropriately. DMEM will set up furniture required before your event, then clean and dismantle it after event. The room should not have undue mess left in it by the host.
In the event that Host neglects to perform above duties, DMEM shall do so and deduct from the security deposit a reasonable amount for such service.
7. Should the party room be un-usable for any reason, including fire or natural disaster, this Contract shall be terminated and DMEM will refund the security deposit and any rent paid to the Host.
8. Host agrees that DMEM is not responsible for damage or loss of any item left in the premises prior to and/or following the Event.
