Within two weeks after the show, send one printed copy of this report to the Awards Chair, Margaret Macneale, 4530 Douglas Ave., Golden Valley, MN 55416. (). Include all the information about the flower that exhibitors are required by the schedule to put on their entry tags or labels including the following: division numbers, complete color codes for Throckmorton entries, hybridizer's names, seedling numbers of unnamed cultivars and their color codes & parentage where known, and dates of introduction for classics and historics. Use a black ink pen to insure good copying if you are writing out this report.
