Young Epilepsy Waterloo Road Auction

Up for auction is in one job lot:

-Photographs signed by the cast

-A script signed by the cast

-A guided tour around the set in Greenock, Scotland

-Possible opportunity of being an extra.*

*This is at the discretion of the directors/producers on the day and their decision is final.

Auction terms and conditions:

1.On offer for the winning bid is signed photographs and script, a guided tour of the set in Greenock, Scotland, a host of props from the show and the possible opportunity of being an extra.

  1. The prize consists of 22 separately signed photos of the cast.
  2. The prize consists of a signed script from Waterloo Road, series 7B. Episode 11. Shooting script. Written by Davey Jones.
  3. The prize only includes the tour, no transportation or accommodation is provided for any part of the journey.
  4. The prize will include a random selection of props from Waterloo Road.
  5. The prize may include the opportunity of being an extra on the daybut only at the director’s discretion.

2.The tour will be set up by Young Epilepsy and Shed Productions.

  1. The tour can take place any date between the end of auction and 01/12/12 – at the convenience and arrangement with the show’s producers.

3. To win the auction you must be the highest unique bidder to email to with your name, contact address and telephone number and bid by midnight on 18 April 2012.

  1. The auction will be started by the Twitter page @purplepledge, only @purplepledge will be revealing the auction updates.
  2. The hashtag #WaterlooRoadAuction will be used with the most recent bid to alert bidders.
  3. The auction starts [4 April 2012 ] and ends at midnight on [18 April 2012]
  4. The auction start price will begin at £150.

4. The winning bidder must pay whatever the price they have bidded.

  2. After 72 hours and nopayment from the highest bidder, the second highest bidder will be contacted and their bid will be used. The original bidder will have no claim to the prize.

5.Young Epilepsy does not take responsibility for any lost auction bids, cheques or emails.

6. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. The terms and conditions for Shed Productions must be abided to regarding the signed script. These will become available to the winning bidder.

  • SHED PRODUCTIONS PLC owns all copyright and other rights in and to the Script. The Script is provided to you solely for your own personal non-commercial use and any reproduction of the Script (or any part thereof) in any form whatsoever, without SHED PRODUCTIONS’s prior written consent, is prohibited. Furthermore resale of the Script is strictly prohibited without the express permission of SHED PRODUCTIONS PLC.

8. All money raised in this auction will go to Young Epilepsy. Reg No. 311877. Reg Address. St Piers Lane, Lingfield, Surrey, RH7 6PW

9. In the event of any misunderstanding or confusion – Young Epilepsy’s decision will be final.

10The winner of the auction must not do anything which may bring the charity into disrepute

11Bidders must be over the age of 18. If you are under 18 please ask a guardian or parent to sign this form (overleaf)

12Subject to applicable law, I accept that Young Epilepsy shall not be liable in any way for any harm, loss or damage that might occur as a result of the tour.

13Please inform Young Epilepsy if you change address or other contact details in order for us to keep our records up to date.
