TimeClock Plus
Instructions for Clocking
Effective March 7, 2016, all VIPs (substitutes) for Denton ISDwill be required to use TimeClock Plus (TCP) when arriving and leaving each VIP assignment. Compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requiresmandatory accounting for employee work time. As a VIP, you must record your daily attendance through the TimeClock Plus (TCP) system. As a Denton ISD VIP, failure to comply with this new accountability procedure may impact the ability to secure future VIP assignments. This process may be facilitated by phone or computer. Please refer to the following directions:
Clocking Instructions via Telephone (Teleclock)
To Clock In
Dial Ext. 7007
Enter your Employee ID Number (the last 5 digits) Followed by #
Enter your PIN (last four digits of SSN) Followed by #
To clock in press 1
Enter Your Job Code ID – Refer to list – Followed by #
The system will tell you “Clock Operation Successful” and your clock in will be recorded
To Clock Out
Dial Ext. 7007
Enter your Employee ID Number (the last 5 digits) Followed by #
Enter your PIN (last four digits of SSN) Followed by #
To clock out press 2
Enter Your Job Code ID – Refer to list – Followed by #
The system will tell you “Clock Operation Successful” and your clock out will be recorded
If you have missed a clock in or out, see instructions below. You will not be able to finish clocking until your correction is made.

Making a correction via Telephone (Teleclock)
If, after entering your Employee ID Number and PIN – you receive a message telling you that your last clock operation was a clock in or out – you will need to make a correction for your missed clockin or out.
To Make a Correction – Press 1
To Exit – Press 9
Enter an 8 digit Date – (Example - 02012016- this date will reflect missed clock date) –followed by #
Enter a 4 digit Time – (Example - 0830- this time will reflect missed clock time)-followed by #
Enter 2 for AM
Enter 7 for PM
After entering your correction you will need to - Enter Job Code ID – Refer to List – Followed by # for the job you have been assigned.
The system will tell you “Clock Operation Successful” and your clock in/out will be recorded as well as the missed clock. You will not need to clock in or out again as the clock operation was recorded.

Enter the above link
Select Company – Denton ISD – Subs 3
Enter your Employee ID Number (the last 5 digits)
Click – Clock in/Clock out
Enter your PIN (last four digits of SSN)
Click – Log On
You will see “Confirmation (Clock In)
Click – Continue
Select the correct Job Code for your job – Refer to List
Click – Continue
You will see “Clock Operation Successful”
Click – OK
If you have missed a clock in or out, see instructions below. You will not be able to finish clocking until your correction is made.

Making a correction via WEB
If, after entering your Employee ID Number and Pin – you receive a message telling you that you missed a Clock in/Clock out, meaning the system cannot process the clock option you are attempting to do, you will need to make a correction before you can continue.
The system will tell you if the last clock was in or out and at what time
To make a correction – Click “Continue”
You will not be able to clock in or out until you make the correction.
It will show “Confirmation (Missed Clock In/Out)” in red at the top of the screen
Click “Continue”
The system will show your last clock in/clock out – date and time
Enter your correct clock in/clock out date and time
Click “Continue”
It will show a summary with the correction you made
Click “Continue” again
If prompted, enter the correct Job Code
You will get a white box that says “clock operation successful”
Click “OK”
The system will tell you “Clock Operation Successful”.
