A specially formulated, water based dispersion of pure graphite for dry film lubrication and friction reduction in industrial and automotive applications
DWG 81-260is a specially formulated, clear water dispersion of pure graphite, designed to reduce friction on rubber, plastics and other materials, assisting in eliminating products joining together in production as well as eliminating stick-slip, noise and lowering the coefficient of friction.Once the carrier has evaporated a thin dry film of hardly perceptible graphite is deposited on the substrate. DWG 81-260is compatible with most materials including elastomers, seals, plastics and most commonly used metals.

Method of Application: -
DWG 81-260can be applied by hand, is best applied pure using a soft brush, as its gel form will prevent dripping. The product can be diluted with demineralised water and sprayed. For automatic application use an agitated system.
