the LIST OF HOTELS (sometimes they change but in this case we advise Clients at least one month before their arrival).
the AD HOC RATES. Ad hoc rates are built on the base of the Escorted Tours brochure, same hotels and services and most important of all same dates of departure. AD HOC rates are per person and NET (not commissionable) and cannot be guaranteed since we do not have blocked any rooms or services. If Client for his own group wants to change services or dates of departures, the entire itinerary must be quoted by our Groups Dept. (if departures are different, you cannot use our Ad Hoc rates).
the PROMOS (so far: HONEYMONEY TEAMCASH expiring Feb. 28th and TEAMKIDS expiring March 31st)
the OPTIONALS, the excursions sold by our Guides on the buses, to be booked and paid by the final Clients directly on the spot (not ready yet for 2016, they will follow as soon as possible)
the HELPERS for the Teampak East and West ESSENTIAL and VALUE, for the Teamtour East and West and for the Multiplus (not ready yet for 2016, they will follow as soon as possible)
Buses are 56-seaters
Tours are not min. 2 pax, we need at least 18 Pax confirmed to guarantee the departure. If Clients need to issue the air tickets, you can contact me and I see if we have already reached the min number of Pax to guarantee the tour. If the tour is cancelled, we advise Clients at the latest 45 days prior to arrival.
I send the closeout when buses are full or tours are cancelled
