Whereas this is the first meeting of the Board of the National Council of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and

Whereas there is a need to be able to locate action on specific resolutions and motions that the Board has taken by present and future Boards of the National Council of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, therefore be it

Resolved, That all resolutions and motions be numbered in the following manner. The month and day of the action, the fiscal year it occurs in, the numerical sequence of the motions acted upon, and a category of motion.

This being the first Resolution, it will be numbered 12-2-2005/6-1 Board Operations.
