Template for an agreement to organise pupil/student mobility as part of a school partnership
This agreement template is to be adapted according to the type of mobility (school trip or pupil exchange) and the specific characteristics of both schools.

Article 1: Objectives
Under the aforementioned school partnership, a school (trip or exchange) is organised in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
This (trip or exchange) is based on the topic (description of the topic).
It meets the following objectives: (description of specific educational and pedagogical objectives).
Article 2: ActivitIés planned
The pupils' activities will consist of (description of work to be done, lessons, pedagogical activities).
The expected results are: (description of the planned evaluation).
A report is submitted to the schools, according to the arrangements they set out.
Article 3: Composition of the group and supervision
The pupils taking part in this (trip or exchange) are (class(es) – school(s)).
The pupils are supervised by (name and position of teachers and accompanying adults).
Throughout the stay, the pupils must behave in a way that respects the rules of the sending and host schools.
Article 4: Date and place(s)
The (trip or exchange) is (optional or compulsory).

Article 5: TRANSPORT
Pupils are transported in the following conditions: (description of modes of transport - itineraries - times - travel tickets - description of travel within the host country).
Article 6: Hosting and accommodation
Upon their arrival in the host country, the pupils are welcomed by (description of pupil welcome).
Upon their return the pupils are welcomed by (description of welcome arrangements on return).

The necessary measures and precautions have been taken to ensure the quality and safety of the accommodation (description of the choice and role of host families where relevant).
Article7: FUNDING

Article 8: Liability and risk cover
The school head who authorised the (trip or exchange) is responsible for its organisation.
In the case of a school exchange, the pupils are entrusted to the host school after the head of the sending school has checked with the representative of the host school that the conditions under which the proposed activities will take place safeguard pupil safety.
