Employee & Consultant Awards & Recognition
Overview
Pivot Point Consulting’s success has been built upon the quality of its consultants and employees, and we recognize that each person is vital to the health and growth of our organization. That is why it is important for us to honor the commitment and dedication of those who work at Pivot Point, especially those who go above and beyond the expectations of their job descriptions.
Anyone can provide feedback about a colleague for one of these awards, and we encourage you to do so. Please read the descriptions and criteria for our awards program, and reach out to Darin Ryder if you know someone deserving of recognition.
Consultant & Employee Excellence Awards
Purpose: The purpose of the Pivot Point Consulting Excellence Awards is to recognize consultants and employees who have served Pivot Point in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude. The awards will be presented to one consultant and one internal staff member at the end of each quarter.
Each recipient will receive a plaque in recognition of their service, as well as an engraved Montblanc pen.
Excellence Award winners will be selected based on client or manager performance feedback. Any employee or contractor can provide feedback about a co-worker by contacting Darin Ryder: .
Criteria:The nominee must be an employee or contractor, and must be approved by his or her supervisor prior to being named as the recipient of the award. S/he will also exemplify the following traits:
Attitude and Commitment
- Dedicated to fulfilling job responsibilities
- Consistently dependable and is punctual in reporting to work
- Serves as a role model to others
- Goes above and beyond the requirements of the job
Interpersonal Skills
- Displays a helpful, cooperative and positive attitude towards superiors and co-workers
- Consistently friendly and available to others
- Uses effective listening skills
- Has a team player attitude
- Voluntarily assists co-workers in order to complete important department projects
Work Performance
- High overall quality of performance
- Accurately completes work assignments on time
- Controls high stress situations tactfully and calmly
- Takes initiative
- Requires little supervision
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to train others and gladly willing to do so
Personal Traits
- Maintains an appropriate and neat personal appearance and dress
- Professional demeanor, honest, hard-working, Integrity, on and off the job
Consultantof the Year Award
Purpose: The purpose of the Pivot Point Consultantof the Year Award is to recognize a consultant who has served Pivot Point in an exceptional manner by exemplifying outstanding service through his or her work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude throughout the entire year. This award will be presented to one consultant at the end of each year.
The recipient of the Consultant of the Year Award will be given a three day, two night trip for two to either Las Vegas or Orlando.
The Consultant of the Year winner will be selected based on client or manager performance feedback.Any employee or contractor can provide feedback about a co-worker by contacting Darin Ryder: .
Criteria:The nominee must be an employee or contractor, and must be approved by his or her supervisor prior to being named as the recipient of the award.
Consultant must show outstanding attitude, commitment, interpersonal skills, work performance, integrity, service excellence, client satisfaction, willingness to go above and beyond.
Years of Service Recognition
Purpose & Criteria: The purpose of the Pivot Point Years of Service Recognition is to honor consultants and employees who have worked with or for Pivot Point for 2, 5, 7 and 10 years. After 10 years, employees will be honored at five year intervals.
