• Vote in open session on whether to enter executive session as authorized by Title 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1) to discuss the employment of Barbara Gibbs, Conservation Education Administrative Assistant (Part-time) and designate in open session person to keep minutes.

• Executive Session to discuss and review Conservation Education Administrative Assistant as described above.

• Return to Open Session and vote to acknowledge return from Executive Session.

• Discussion and possible action in open session related to the employment of Barbara Gibbs, Conservation Education Administrative Assistant (Part-time).
