Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to take part in the International Scientific and Practical Online-Conference “Language in Professional Dimension: Communicative and Cultural aspect” which will be held on the initiative of the Department of Language Training on 19th October 2017 at the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine, 94Chernyshevska Str., Kharkiv, Ukraine.

For participation in the online-conference, scientists and lecturers of higher educational institutions are invited.

Working languages of the online-conference are Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese (other languages may be considered if any).

The online-conference thematic directions:

1.  Professional language in multicultural society.

2.  Linguistic personality, its language world and reflection in language, speech and mind. Psycholinguistics.

3.  Professional communicative competence of a person and the process of its formation.

4.  Communicative and cognitive strategies of effective language learning.

5.  Problems of FL communicative students’ competence formation.

6.  Innovative methods and communication technology in education and research during the language study.

7.  Normalization and standardization of terminology.

8.  Philosophy of language in professional education.

To participate in the online-conference you are kindly invited to send via e-mail to the organizing committee (see below) till 1st July 2017 following documents:

• entry form (application form attached);

• materials of the report in the form of a computer file, designed in accordance with the requirements listed below.

Materials of the online-conference will be published in the online-conference journal.

Requirements for materials for publishing

1. Page amount: 2-3.

2. Standards: format Word; Times New Roman, 14, line spacing – 1.5; paragraph – 1.25, all margins – 2 cm, without page numbering. Please unify the usage of bold and italic in examples and other parts of the text and do not use underscores.

3. 1st line, right-aligned – the name and surname of the author (bold italics); 2ndline, right-aligned: the city (italic).

4. The report title (in capital letters, centered, bold) is in a line.

5. Bibliographic references in the text are taken in square brackets: [2, p. 34]. Source number and page number separated by a comma with a space, numbers of sources – with a semicolon, for example, [6; 7; 8], [8, p. 21; 9, p. 117]. The proposal comes after point brackets references.

6. The sources are listed at the end after the title Bibliography (in the center). The list of sources is made in the order of citation in accordance with standards. Specifying the city of publication, publisher, year of issue, total amount of pages (except Internet sources) is mandatory.

Authors are responsible for the content and design of materials. All materials will be checked for plagiarism.

The organizing committee reserves the right to reject materials that do not meet the specified requirements.
