This is the 3rd Annual SCUMC Spring Craft Fair (we have the Pumpkin Craft Fair in October) We will have a variety of Concessions for sale, a Fun Run-Walk-Bike and an Easter Egg Hunt for the children. All proceeds go to the Matthew 25:35 Food Pantry at our church.

Note: We will try to limit the number of crafters with the same products, therefore please make sure you complete the products section with everything you will have to display and attach a picture of your products. Thank you for your cooperation. Layout of the craft fair could change without notice. No refunds for any reason.

1)Booth reservations are not final until payment is received.

2)All craft applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee in the order that they are received. It is their final decision if a crafter is accepted into our fair or not.

3)Pictures of your products must be attached to your application.

4)We will do our best to accommodate all requests for booth locations. All booth assignments made by the committee are final. The committee has the right to change the layout or booth assignments without notice if they feel they need to.

5)No Sales Tax Number is required to participate. Parish tax forms will be provided at the beginning of the show. The names and contact information of all crafters is provided to the St. Charles Parish Sales Tax Department. It is your responsibility to return the forms to the proper authorities with payments and/or reason for none payment.

6)No refunds shall be made for inclement weather or other acts of God over which sponsors have no control.

7)Booths may not be transferred or sold to another crafter.

8)Crafters can set up the inside booths between 6PM and 8PM on Friday night. There will not be security and St. Charles United Methodist Church is not responsible for any damage, theft or vandalism to your merchandise. (we will lock the hall and have never had a problem in the past)

9)Outside crafters can set up Saturday morning starting at 7AM. If you choose to set up anything on Friday night it will be totally at your own risk.

10) Vehicles will have to be moved to the parking lot across the street by 8:00AM at the latest.

11) Your booth space must be occupied until the closing time of the fair. When you leave your area must be cleared of everything including trash.

12) You are asked to hand in the evaluation/suggestion sheet for the fair before you leave.

13) We will have concessions for sale the day of the fair. All proceeds from the fair and concessions are going to our Matthew 25:35 Food Pantry. Donations of food are welcome!
