The changes could be related to any aspect of business operations; installing and using an accounting system, eliminating products that don’t sell well or are unprofitable, proposing a better marketing approach, and perhaps expanding into a new market. Your supervisor may not agree with all of the changes you recommend.   1. If you are assigned to a business that has been doing business traditionally for a long time now, the business owner may resist to suggestions for change. What approach would you take to transfer the knowledge you have gained in your MBA studies with the business owner? What difficulties do you think you might encounter and how would you address them? (Limit: 300 words)

  1. What do you think you could do during six months that would be of most benefit to the business and that would convince the owner to keep you on as an employee after the assignment is finished? If your answer is to increase revenues or save money for the business, for example, how would you do this in order to demonstrate it is a value added to the business? (Limit: 300 words)
