Thank you for your interest in employment with Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As you know, your desire to enter into discussions with HPE for possible employment must be reported to your appropriate government agency prior to any contact with HPE.
It is Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s policy to comply with the applicable regulations and laws that impose certain restrictions regarding the hiring and employment of current or former U.S. Federal (including military), State or Local Government or U.S. public educational institution employees (NOTE: excludes students that are part-time U.S. public educational institution employees UNLESS part-time responsibilities include purchasing IT products or services.). Accordingly, HPE will not conduct any employment discussions until a determination has been made that you are in compliance with the regulations that require you to notify your agency ethics officer and request an ethics officer’s opinion, if appropriate to your position and agency, and to complete and submit the following questionnaire.
