Important Information:
Þ Checks are to be made payable to NPHS Class of 2014.
Þ 25% of the class must attend the trip. Please note that the administration reserves the right to cancel this trip if the quota cannot be met by October 1, 2013
Þ This payment is a guide – payment will be accepted in any amount at any time.
Þ Refunds will not be issued after September 30, 2013 unless administration needs to cancel the trip. Fundraising money is non-refundable.
Þ The trip MUST be paid in full by November 15, 2013.
Þ Once the finalized price is set, the final payment will be adjusted accordingly.

I intend to go on the Senior Class trip to Orlando, Florida in the spring of 2014. I am aware that the cost of the trip is approximately $1,000 which includes round trip air, lodging, bus transportation, meal vouchers, park admissions, and dinner show with dance.
