Bettyanne “Bet” Rosa is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Home Solutions, Hammonton, NJ. Prior to joining Home Solutions, Bet served as Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR at Fox Rehabilitation, Chief HR Officer at the University of the Sciences, Sr. Principal Business Transformation Consultant with Convergys and various senior Global HR Director roles with Rohm and Haas (now DOW Chemical).

Bet is recognized as a trusted HR advisor, executive, and strategist with a notable ability to position human capital management as key to success in delivering top tier organizational performance.

Bet holds a B.S. Business Management from Rowan University, a M.S. Human Resources from Wilmington University and the Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) certification.
