Dear participants at the Justice course.
Hello again.
Only three weeks to go and we will meet up in Athens
* Some of you have expressed a wish to come to Athens some days before the course or stay until Sunday 19th and asked if it is possible to book in at the conference hotel. I have been in contact with the hotel and be free to book s mentioned in the last info letter. The hotel has also promised to quote a price for any extra booking, but free to find other hotels if you wish. When I have the price I will mail this to you.
* We are at the moment finishing a provisional day-to day programme which will be put up on the Web when it is ready as well as be sent you all on the mailing list.
* At the moment there are around 20 participants coming, but this figure may change as some National Agencies may contact us to see if there is room for more.
* With regards to sending you the invoice we will be sending this to you later this week by e-mail. Remember to bring a confirmation of your payment when coming to Athens as some times the bank transfers takes time and by the time I leave for Athens your transfer may not have come.
* There are now two articles on the Web site under materials which you should read before coming to the course. We will also probably be putting more articles onto the site within the next week and will keep you informed on this.
1. I would appreciate if you could all drop me a line to tell me when your flight is arriving in Athens.
2. If some of you have some special needs with regards to food, please let me know.
3. It would be very nice if you all could bring something about your country and/or your institution (posters, brochures, pictures etc., even typical sweets , food or drinks if you wish(!) so we could make a kind of presentation in the conference room. Also if you have a project suggestion for a future Comenius project and have something about this, please bring it along.
The course coordinator can be contacted at the hotel from Monday 13th October 2003.
