Lesson02.03 Aimer

To tell people what you like and don’t like to do, you will use the verbs aimer and detester, followed by a verb.

Aimer means to like.

Détester means to dislike.

Keep in mind that when you use two verbs together, you will conjugate the first verb (aimer or détester), but the second verb is left in its infinitive form(the original form of the verb)

ex: J'aimeparler avec mesamis.

When using these verbs in the negative, you would put the ne ... pasaround the first verb.
