Tequila is derived from the Agave Tequilana,
and is named after a town in the state of Jalisco, Mexico.
The Agave Tequilana is a smaller version of the Century Plant cactus.
The clear tequila, when mixed with lemon or lime juice, in a salt rimmed
glass produces this marvelous Mexican import, the tantalizing 'Margarita'.
