NOTICE OF THE AUCTION
It is known that thedaytenof the monthofmay of the year two thousand fourteen(20-05 -2014), at 12:00 at the headquarters of the town of Bitti (NU), ItalyPiazza Asproni,will be held on public auction for the sale to the highest bidder of aconsignment of cork products Union of Owners of Cork of Bitti,following UPS,consisting ofcork ♀,cork IV and V class (sugheraccio) and patches, (stripping shall be done at the expense of the contractor) that is estimated as a preventive measure and not limiting in aboutqli2363 andofqli510 ofcork ♂ (sugherone)in rooted plants in the territory of the municipality of Bitti, which is part of the plateau center eastof Sardinia.The sale will be made to measure with minimum amount of auction, equal to170.00 € /quintal(calledeuroonehundredandseventy/00toquintal), beyond the VAT in accordance with the law.
The auction will be held in accordance with the provisions of Articles 73, letter c, and 76 of the R. D. 05.23.1924 n.827 , and therefore the method of tenders secret confronted with the starting price of the auction, with the award in favor of the offer with the highest price.

The deadline for receipt of tenders is fixedtoday 17-05.2014; after this term it does not admit they offered, not even in replacement or modification of those already received. In application of Article 69 of the R. D. 827/24 it declares thatthe UPSreserves the right to proceed to the award also in the presence of a single offer valid, while in the case of equal bids will be in accordance with Article 77 of the aforementioned R. D.
