SCOPE OF ROLE
· Drives revenue through unlocking new business opportunities
· Account management for existing enterprise customers in the identified region.
· Sells primarily directly
· 80% selling over the telephone
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business
· Drives a 3:1 pipeline with a minimum of 5 new opportunities added to forecast each week. Focus of opportunity will be as directed by the Certificate Services Manager.
· Build and execute thorough account planning to maximize revenue opportunity
· Responsible for delivering to customers and partners on the phone and in person:
o The LAWtrust pitch
o The LAWtrust Value proposition
o Competitive positioning
· Collaborating with the Technology/ Sales Organization as appropriate for on-line demonstrations
Operational
· Maintains current and accurate account and contact information in CRM system
· Provides accurate weekly forecasting to include deal value, status, decision makers and steps to close each opportunity
· Keeps up to date with LAWtrust products/solutions, industry trends and competitive offerings and attends all relevant training as directed by manager, completing to satisfactory standard
· Accurately record cold calling activities in CRM system.
· Record client meetings and related account management activities in CRM Systems.
· Drives outbound calling activities supported by campaigns
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Professional
· Fluent in English, competence in any other language will be advantageous.
· Knowledge of competitive market space
· Demonstrable experience in selling and supporting SSL/TLS certificates.
· Knowledge of industry and geographic market place
· Ability to interact at executive and management level internally and with technology management at external Organizations
Personal
· Self-confident
· Excellent communication skills
· Self-starter with a desire to succeed
· Ability to work with minimum supervision
· Must have own transportation and valid driver license
EXPERIENCE
· Proven track record of successful SSL Sales.
· 3-5 years’ experience in SSL Sales and Support.
