REPORTING STRUCTURE
OVERALLPURPOSE
To direct and coordinate both the technical and commercial functions of the Programme in order to ensure outputs and consolidated outcomes are realized in accordance with the programme plan.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications /
- Minimum of a Degree in Business Administration/Management/ Engineering/Marketing or related filed.
- Master’s degree and a Qualification in Project Management will be an added Advantage
Professional Registration /
- Zambia Institute of Marketing, EIZ or any relevant professional body
Minimum Experience /
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a commercial driven environment with aggressive sales targets, 5 years of which should be at senior management level.
- Proven strategic and tactical planning experience
- Experience in FMCG preferably Telecom products and services.

- Local Markets including market trends, Project management, good understanding of sales and service environment

KEY PERFORMANCE
AREA(KPA’s) / OBJECTIVES / KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s)
- Business Strategy and Operations
- Driving realization of Business Case/Business Plan objectives (Sales & revenue targets, subscriber no. targets, deployment timelines, program budgets).
- Quality Assurance
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program
- Budget Management
- Managing the program’s budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses
- Gap identification and Management Interventions
- Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
- Resources
- Ensuring that Human Capital is deployed in areas where network roll out is taking place
- Ensure availability of devices and other tools of trade
-Devices and tools of trade available at all times
- Reporting
- Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to corporate main board and its subcommittee
-Daily - the following day
-Weekly - Monday every week
-Monthly - 2 days after month end
-Quarterly - 1 week after end of Quarter
NOTE: Management may at its discretion change the KPIs and weighting as per dictates of the job and these would be signed for.
