Price:
All prices are quoted in either US Dollars or Singapore Dollars SGD$ F.O.B. Singapore and freight charges will be informed.(Freight charges varies depending on where you are located, so it'll be quoted upon enquiry.)
Cost for CITES export permit or request for other document not included.
All prices are indicative, as price of some fishes are seasonal.
FIRM PRICE upon request and subject to validity period specified, we have the right to revise prices prior notice unless the sale has been concluded.
For Buyer/Consignee:
Please check with your country's relevant department as to the import permit under CITES before we can go ahead to apply for a CITES export permit.
WE DO NOT accept the payment through banker draft or personal check. Consignee must pay transfer fee. Bank account number will be provided upon confirmation of order.

The payment must be full payment for covering cost of goods, packaging cost and export documentation charges.

For Asian Arowana: 2 cartons consisting of 6 fishes per carton individually packed.
Delivery lead time:
WE WILL deliver your fish in a minimum of 7 (seven working days) after the full payment has been received due to the time required to conduct quarantine actions, preparation of fish for export and various export documentation. Shipment is made by plane and the arrival date will be advised based on destination.
Documentation:
THE CONSIGNEE must specify the documents that are required to avoid shipment delay. Certificate of Origin (COO) will be furnished upon request.
Consignee Information & Forwarding Agent:
Consignee is advised to appoint their own forwarding agent for clearance at airport.
PLEASE PROVIDE the following information before or at the order confirmation:
Buyers (consignee name), full address, telephone and fax number, email address, name of destination airportfor the reference of our forwarding agent.
Claims
CLAIMS ONLY allowed if reported less than or 2 hours after receipt of the shipment (DOA).DEAD ON ARRIVAL - We will GUARANTEE 100% survival for all fishes. If accidents do happen at times, we will compensate in full for the dead fish during your next shipment. However, all mortality claims should have photostaken (dead fish's microchip tag to be dug outof the body by you) and the micro-chips shallsend to us as additional proof of dead within 3 working days.
