Where?Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Center, located near Reidsville, NC, in Rockingham County

When?July 6 – July 11, 2014

Who?Boys and girls between 8-12 years old.Special programming is available for 12-14 year olds, focusing on more intensive outdoor adventures. (Cost is an additional $20.00). Membership in the 4-H program is not required.

What?The Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Center features outdoor adventures. Each day is structured with activities including horseback riding, swimming, archery, crafts, nature studies and canoeing. Evening activities include water games, talent show and a dance.

Cost?$100.00 will reserve your space now (this is a non-refundable deposit). You may make payments until June23, 2014. The entire fee of $460.00 covers meals, lodging, t-shirt, program materials, camp store money and transportation to and from camp. Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check with us for availability before registering.

StaffBetsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Center provides a program staff and cabin counselors specially trained to work with youth 8-14 years of age. There will be a ratio of 8 campers to each counselor. These people, along with the county 4-H agent, work together to ensure a safe and enjoyable camp experience for your child.

Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Center is accredited by the American Camping Association. This seal of accreditation recognizes camps that have met certain standards in the area of administration, program, personnel and campsite.

All camp forms are due by June23, 2014

Some Scholarship funds are available. Please inquire if interested.
