Voss Vind

Voss Vind is an ISG (IndoorSkydiving Germany) tunnel withexcellentwindconditions for bothnewbeginners and professional flyers. Flight chamber is 14 feet widewith 4 m heightof glass.
The tunnel has high standards onfacilities and is located in a beautiful scenario just 10 minutes’ walk from downtown Voss.

FAI Sporting Licenses

A valid FAI Sporting License for 2016 is required and must beobtainedthroughtheCompetitor’s NAC. All competitors must beregistered by their NAC in the FAI Sporting License Database ( beforesubmittingtheOfficialEntry Form to theOrganizer

Pre-Event Training

Pre event training canbebookedany time between registering and the start ofcompetition. Booking through Voss Vind directly (), 5400 NOK pr hour.

Judges’ Training Course

If enoughtcandidatesareinterested a Judges’ Training Course canbeavailablebeforethecompetition. Candidatesplease register throughyour NAC to the Organiser Minimum fivecandidatesarenecessary in order to havethecourseorganized. In case ofsufficientinterest, the Organiser willprovidemoredetails.

Other

Delegationsareencouraged to bring theirnational dress and clothingalong. Official Team uniforms/dress/formal wearareencouraged as well.

Delegations must submittheircountry’snationalflag (mandatorysize 100cm x 150cm) and thenational anthem (mandatory) via MP3 audiofile, togetherwiththe Final Entry Form.

Transportation

There is an international airport - Bergen Airport Flesland - within a reasonable driving distance, about 1 hours 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by bus/train. The Organiser willhelpprovidetransportationbetween Bergen and Voss.

Voss is a tourist city withmanyoptions for accommodations. Recommendedhotelswithdiscounted rate for Voss Vind willbepublished in Official Bulletin 1.
