And as more and more materials become available online, including digitized images of primary sources, the amount of information can be overwhelming, even for the most dedicated family historian. And as more people turn to their library to learn technology skills, even the tiniest of libraries are faced with the challenge of providing training to patrons with limited staff, resources, and space.
