***Event registration is for the 2 day event, no exceptions. Rain or Shine. Registration on-site is $70.00 (CASH only) per vehicle/operator and $5.00 (CASH only) per passenger over 12 years old. Passengers under 12 years old still free. Your vehicle and your possessions (chairs) must fit within your assigned space. Club parking permitted.
***As this is an active vehicle venue, all drivers/passengers shall wear seatbelt whenever the vehicle is in motion.
***Absolutely no alcohol or firearms within the event gates.
***Venue speed limit is 5mph unless otherwise posted. Operators must obey posted speed limits, directions of event staff, spotters, and flaggers. Failure to do so will result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.
***All operators, passengers, guardians of passengers under 18, MUST sign the event waiver prior to entering the venue. This document can be found at the end of this package, and can be pre-filled out, but must be signed in the presence of event staff during registration at the gate.
***Pets/Service Animals must remain on-lead and under control at all times, both in and outside of vehicles. Please remember to clean up after your Pets/Service Animals.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
For participation in THE BIG DOG 4 X 4 OffroadTrail-rides, the undersigned hereby agrees to release and hold harmless any owners, sponsors, trail guides, workers, and owners of both public and private land where a BIG DOG Trail-ride is held. This shall also include officers, directors, agents and employees of the BIG DOGS OFFROAD, LLC. The above shall also be released from any negligent act or omission and shall also include any loss damage or cost incurred due to participation in this event. The participant shall understand and assume full responsibility and risk for any property damage, injury or death while participating in this event. In signing this release, each participant hereby agrees to the following:
(A)That the owner/operator certifies that he/she has inspected this vehicle and that the vehicle is in good working order.
(B)That each participant has informed himself/herself about the event and the trails involved in the event.
(C)That he/she has read all the foregoing Releases and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.
(D)Participants acknowledge that trail-riding is hazardous, dangerous, and unpredictable.
THE WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL PARTICIPANTS AT SIGN-IN.
For a child under 18 years of age, both parents, the parent with legal custody, or the minor's legal guardian must sign this release form and write the word "minor" and age next to the minor's name. I have read and understand the above and agree to abide by same.
