Corrigendum
FOR
PREQUALIFICATION AND SUBMISSION OF FINANCIAL BIDS
(Contract No.SM-PS-2014-15 to SM-PS-2014-24)
Reference to notice PID(I)5931/14 published in print media. The para 2 financial competence-v is required to be read as under:-
v. a. In case of Bid (i) above (ii) at par & (iii) up to minus 15% below to the Engineer Estimate. The bidder have to submit Insurance Bond (AA rating company) amounting to 30% of bid value or Bank Guarantee/Pay order equivalent to 10% of bid value from NHA approved Insurance companies/Banks.
b. In case of Bid more than below (-) 15% to the Engineer Estimate. The bidder have to submit 30% Insurance Bond (AA rating company) or 10% Bank Guarantee for the bid amount as well as additional bank guarantee (Pay Order/DD) for the amount calculated from percentage below 15% to the Engineer’s Estimate.
Date for receiving of Prequalification Document and financial is fixed on 1st June 2015 at 1130 hours and to be opened at 1230 hours instead of 26th May-2015. The other terms and conditions are unchanged.
