Each Adult Registration Form to be complete needs:

  1. To have a BSA Volunteer Registration Form either on file with council or complete one and file it with your pack and attach a copy to registration.
  2. To take the online Youth Protection Training if you do not have a current copy from last year on file with Day Camp Staff. To take this course go to , click on the training link, scroll down to the Youth Protection Training link, on the next page click on BSA On-Line Learning Center, you should now be to the logon page, from here you will need to create an account. To create an account you will need to put in your information, create an id and password that you will use anytime you get online with the system again, under council be sure to pick Sam Houston Area Council, if you are already registered with BSA and have your Person Id you can enter it, if not don’t worry about it, submit form, close next window, login, and take the YPT course under the general tab. After you have completed the course print a copy of your certificate ad attach to registration.
  3. To fill out the telephone reference check form by listing three personal references to be checked by your pack and verified by Day Camp Staff.
  4. New this year – Sexual Offender Database Check Go to , on left side of screen click on Sex Offender Registry, under searches click name, agree to terms listed, enter your name and information, after it searches print out a copy of the next page and attach a copy to registration.
