  • Experienced in Daily Production Process & Chemical calculation, Reporting, panel operation, Export and Stock targets, Trouble shooting, Cause and effect logic’s basic instrument service and calibration, Calibration of H2S monitor with Dragger Pump.
  • Monitors and control all activities & area of responsibility are conforming to HSE standards & guide lines, set by the company permit to work system is strictly adhered.
  • Responsible to issue work permits already approved by supervisor, after making sure that all safety precaution prescribed in the permit (including gas test) are fulfilled and closely follow-up the job, check the equipment for correct when maintenance work
  • Responsible to Carry out regular routine checks of all equipment and units to ensure that all are functioning correctly in accordance with standard operating procedures and ensure that all relevant operating data are recorded on the log sheet.
  • Prepares the equipment and facilities for maintenance and inspection and ensures that all necessary procedures and instructions from plant and safety authorities are followed as defined in the work permit. Authorize job start closes work permit after testing the equipment can be put back in service.
  • Logs operating incidents occurring in the shift and passes on the remarks to the counterpart in the next shift; discusses incidents with the supervisor.
  • Controls and monitors local panel for various major equipment in the plant, look out for any abnormalities, fault or leak and report immediately to supervisor for initiating its repair work.
  • In case of emergencies, shuts down plant partially or totally, take necessary actions in accordance with standing orders and instructions from senior panel Operator/higher level of supervision. Ensure safe start-up after plant/equipment after plant upset/emergency in coordination with control room.
  • Responsible to maintain log sheet to enter data and shift logbook to record important occurrence such as process upset equipments breakdown etc.
  • Responsible for preparing Reports for all equipment and instrument defects for immediate corrective action
  • Responsible to Co-ordinate with maintenance and safety during preventive maintenance on fire and gas system.
  • Experienced in Fire fighting and Emergency actions in the operation area.
  • Releasing the vessels after necessary isolation, draining, spading and ventilating for maintenance/ inspection in accordance with approved procedure.
  • Responsible to conduct field quality checks free chlorine content etc, and record the results, collect oil & water sample and send to laboratory for analysis.
  • Experienced in maintaining good housekeeping and ensure that plant is clean & tidy
  • Collecting Oil, gas, water, products and chemicals samples fromthe plant sample points and analyze the regular parameters like API Gravity, Density, BS&W, RVP, Viscosity, and Salt Content
  • Regular process control analysis is being done on samples from Utilities and Desalinated water, DM water and potable water are being tested for pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, TDS, Chloride, Alkalinity, Hardness, Free residual chloride, iron content
  • Analysis of Lean and Rich Amine (MDEA) / Glycol (TEG)parameters like, Specific Gravity, Moisture, pH, Iron, Reserve Alkalinity, CO2, H2S,Total Nitrogen by Kjeldhal method,
  • Calibration for all Laboratory Equipment & instruments.
