How to Access the WebFOCUS Report Library

To enable viewing of the Executive Level Logical Access Super Report

Method #1 – Viewing the Executive Level Logical Access Super Report from an email message:

1.  Approximately twice a year you will received an email with the following information:

a.  From: Quality Assurance Office

b.  To: you

c.  Subject: Bi-Annual Service Access Review

2.  The email body will contain a short text message following by one or more links as depicted below:

3.  To view your report click on one of the links within the email body. Clicking on this link will prompt you to log in to the ReportCaster Report Library. Enter your WebFOCUS ID and Password, which is your SLUnet Logon ID and Password and click on the Logon box below the Password box.

4.  After logging in, and this may take up to one minute, you will first see a blank page that has the following message in the upper left hand side of the screen: Go to report library home (Figure 3)

5.  After a few moments of seeing Figure 3 the Adobe Reader will open and the actual report will render over the blank page ( Figure 4 ) .

6.  After the actual report renders you can then click on the expand buttons in the upper right-hand corner and this will expand the Adobe Reader. At this point you can increase the view percentage to make the report more readable for you.

Method #2 - Accessing your WebFOCUS Report Library from the WebFOCUS Dashboard

1.  Select the WebFOCUS Dashboard option off your mySLU page:

2.  Log in to the WebFOCUS Dashboard by entering your SLUnet Logon ID and Password and click on Logon

3.  After logging on the to the WebFOCUS Dashboard click on “Tools” on the top banner of the page. This will open the Report Library window. Expand this window if needed ( Figures 8 and 9 ).

4.  Figure 10 depicts the Report Library page fully expanded. Click on the “+” sign on the left-hand side of the page and expand the Domains

5.  After expanding the Domains you should see the domain called Logical Access (Figure 11). Click on the “+” sign and expand the domain called Logical Access (Figure 12).

6.  Once the Logical Access Domain is expanded you will see a sub-folder called “Logical Access Super Report” (Figure 12). Click on the Logical Access Super Report sub-folder and your versions of the Logical Access Super Report will appear on the right-hand frame, see Figure 13:

7.  In the right-hand frame of Figure 13, you will see the different versions of your Executive Level Super Report.

8.  If you want to see the different versions of your Executive Level Super Report click on View and the versions will appear, Figure 14:

9.  Figure 14 depicts the different versions of the Logical Access Super Report for Executive Level E90. By clicking on a Version number the report will render on the screen for your review.
