Welcome to another exciting, and successful, season of basketball. Please find details following that explain the days and timings of training sessions, the points-of-contact for each age group team, registration, fees and the new method of payment.

Registration

All players attending team coaching sessions must complete:

a)a club registration form with contact details and

b) GoCardlesspayment registration – follow web link (“signing up”) below.

Payment includes registration with Basketball England which provides insurance for your child to train and allows entry to all league competitions.

Club registration forms will be available on our website and at training sessions in September.

For insurance reasons, children will be unable to train until they have registered with the club and signed up for payment.

Fees

The fees for the 2016/17 season are:

A child’s school year and team will determine which of the first 2 columns is applicable.

Coaches will indicate whether a year 5 is Minis or Junior / CVL, for example.

Pascal Matthias (U14 Boys Coach) will indicate which Tier A / B is applicable for U14 National League.

The National League season is played over a shorter duration and additional training and game charges.

Each child will own her or his kit (with the exception of minis).

Payment Method

GoCardless

Payments will be collected via GoCardless which has all the benefits and protection of direct debit.

The Scouts among many organisations use GoCardless which makes it easier to start / stop payments for both parents / guardians and the club – it uses direct debit.

Account details are encrypted on the GoCardless’ system and not visible to WCBC.
