The Eden Whale Festival Committee welcomes all groups, businesses, sporting clubs and individuals to participate in this year’s Street Parade. The information given below is intended to make your participation easy, efficient and enjoyable.

Entry is FREE Marshalling from 9:00 am

Entry forms MUST be completed and lodged and received by Friday 27th October 2017 to assist the organisers of the Street Parade along with your group’s information.

PRIZE CATEGORIES

Ø BEST TRUCK (major prize) (Donated by Gippsland Tyre Service)

1. Best presented truck

Ø BEST FLOAT (2 major prizes; vehicle or pedestrian)

1. Best community group

2. Best school group

ENTRY CONDITIONS

Ø Eden Whale Festival Inc. will not be financially liable to any entrants except for the prizes awarded.

Ø The Festival Coordinators will aim to assist groups in every way possible.

Ø All Floats and any persons accompanying a float should keep in mind the theme of this year’s festival.

Ø No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances

Ø The committee and festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entries.
