We would like to invite you to trial for the New Cambell Netball Club for the 2011/12 season. We train at the Robert Clack Leisure Centre Gosling Road in Dagenham from 8.15 to 9.45pm Tuesday evenings.

I would like you to inform me whether you wish to play only on Saturdays and not train or you want to commit to a trial for a team that trains and play on a regular basis in the Essex Met league. Some of you start off with good intentions but then fade by the way side as the season goes on. So please be straight right from the beginning. Depending on this response will depend on what division/team ‘non trainers’ will be put in.

We have a Senior Essex Met team entered into the LSER league Div 2 and on the trial form please indicate if you wish to be included into this squad.

As you know our 1st team represent us in the England National Premier Division 1 this is not changing and trials are separate to the Essex Met League teams. (Fees extra) If you wish to trial for the Premier Team please indicate on your trial form.

The majority are now playing in our new kit (2009) and next season I would expect everyone to be in the same dress. Track Suits / T shirts & Hoodies may also be ordered but this needs to be paid for in advance. A new order form and price list will be attached and orders for kit will take approx 10 weeks so please put your order in early (including money) at the latest July if you want it at the start of the season.

We are also looking at players that are wishing to improve their coaching skills and are willing to do some coaching this season. As the majority of you know our Junior Section (over 100 members) train just before our seniors on a Tuesday evening. They play matches on a Sunday in Thurrock and some teams play on a Saturday at Redbridge 9.30am before the Essex Met league matches. I am looking for managers, Assists and coaches for these age groups. We are also looking for some Senior players to take more of a lead / coach with the senior section including the LSER League team, if you are interested in any of these positions please let us know.

We had a very successful season just gone with our Premier team fighting to the bitter end for a top spot position in the England Div 1 league. Our E Met Club teams also did us proud with the Greens (Div1) finishing in 2nd Pos and our Blue team in 5th: Our White team came RUp in Div 2 and our Orange team won their Div 7 and our Purple (U16) finished a brilliant 3rd. Unfortunately Red teamhad a series of injuries during the season and have been demoted to Div 4 where they will meet our Silver teamwho finished in 5th place in this division. Our 8th team the Yellow (u15) did exceptionally well and finished a creditable 4th in Div 10.
