Treasurer's report—Peter Smith

  • As of May 31 we have a balance of $10,591.60. For last year's conference had approximately $2300 loss mainly due to food being more expensive than anticipated.
  • For this year's conference, anticipated receipts of $9200, expenditures of $10750 for loss of $1550, mainly due to journals being more expensive (color) and fewer Cortland people attending
  • Statement from Betty Hurley-Dasgupta based on meeting of Betty, Susanne Polley, and Wendy Miller: We have examined financial records of the Academy of Process Educators for the fiscal year 2011—2012 and have found them to be in good order.
