ROWING AND TOURISM IN SANREMO - PROGRAMME OF A COASTAL ROWING STAY IN SANREMO FOR GROUPS WITH POSSIBILITY OF BOOKING AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR; DEMONSTRATIVE FORMAT ALSO OPEN TO INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANTS ON19th And 20th October 2013.

Welcome from 06.00 pm at Sanremo Rowing Club asd - Old Port, East Pier.
Welcome guests, delivery of insurance documents and participants list, subscription of an indemnification for the rent of a maximum 6 costal rowing 4X (24 rowing places and 6 coxswains) - Check of the Weather Forecast “Portosole” and check, in detail, of the activities of the next three days.

SATURDAY, 19th October , 2013 (or any Saturday of the year)
At 08.00 am participants 'meeting at the accommodation of one's choice, in rowing suit, with bags with changing dress, food and drinks for the day. Transfer by own means to Sanremo Rowing Club (about 10/15 '): by private car or bus , or by bike or on foot along the sea on the cycling and pedestrian track (3 km. Approximately)
At 08.30 am: delivery of the boats, oars, life jackets and of a Boston support boat at the Rowing Club Sanremo, transfer of the boats by sea to the adjacent private beach "Bagni Italia" corso Trento Trieste n. 4 tel. (+39) 0184503644 (Mr. or Mr. Lucio. Nicola), deposit of bags and clothes in the six cabins reserved, possibility of showers and beach services for families and friends.

At 9:00 am: departure from the beach “Bagni Italia” to Ospedaletti - Bordighera 10 km (stop if necessary) turning point and back to the start (total 10 to 20 km.)
At 12.00 am: arrival at “Bagni Italia” - arrangement of the boats on the beach
At 01.00 pm: food service, with local cuisine (pizza, sardenaira, vegetable cake, focaccia, pan bagnat, salads), served at the beach restaurant, to be booked in the morning.
- afternoon with the sun: bike ride along the coast on the 24 km of the cycling track of West Liguria (Ospedaletti - San Lorenzo al Mare) ( );
- afternoon without sun: shopping in the city center or trip by one's car to the artists' village of Bussana Vecchia ( );
Dinner in a Typical Restaurant of the historic centre of Sanremo.
SUNDAY, 20th October , 2013 (or any Saturday of the year)
At 09.00 am: participants' meeting at “Bagni Italia”, check and towing of the boats.
At 09.15 am: departure of the participants towards the Port “Marina degli Aregai”
( approximately km 11 - with possibility of stop and / or refreshment at Arma di Taggia at km. 6
At 12.00 am: return to Sanremo -arrangement of the boats - shower; time to have lunch. In the afternoon visit of the Gardens (Villa Ormond) and the Villas of San Remo (Villa Nobel
APPROXIMATE COSTS:
- availability of boats 4x+: at € 60,00 per day per boat - minimum 2 days.
- availability of a dinghy for assistance: at € 100.00 per day
- availability of a beach cabin: at 20.00 € per day for 6 people
- lunch on Saturday and Sunday at 01.00 pm with pasta, dessert and a drink at € 20
- saturday dinner in a typical restaurant of the historic centre of Sanremo: at 25,00 € per person (from 15 to 50 people)

GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Membership card, a medical check-up, accident and liability insurances are required.
- The programme described is only a suggestion, in any case, the group will be under the responsibility of the team manager of the company to which it belong.
- An assistant of Sanremo Rowing Club, who will be present for help may, however, deny the use of boats every time that he will think it suitable.
- Groups already organized consist of a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 40 rowers, all of age and experts.

Coastal Race Sanremo-Montecarlo International Endurance Race (27th October 2013) Tenth edition of the now classic long distance racing between Sanremo and Montecarlo along 32 km of coast between the Italian Riviera and the Cote d'Azur reserved to quadruple scull boats with coxswain.
Departure at 08:30 am from the beach between the two ports of Sanremo and arrival in Montecarlo between 11.00 and 11:30 am.
