- Intent to Bid Document – This is a non-binding document and must be posted to Power Advocate by March 24, 2010.
- Signed Confidentiality Agreement (CA) – Must be posted to Power Advocate by March 31, 2010.
- A non-refundable RFP submission fee of $5,000 per Respondent is required in order to qualify the Proposal(s) for consideration. Respondents may make up to 4 proposals for $5,000. Additional proposals will require an additional $5,000 fee. The fee must be received by the response date shown in Section 1.4 (April 7, 2010) and must be wired using the following information:
