The attention of the under mentioned Headmasters & Chairmen, SMDCs of the identified 122 Secondary Schools in the State is invited to the references 1 to 10th read above, keeping in view of the discussions and decision taken in the review meeting held on 14.11.2011 with the officials concerned in the ref.12th read above, and proposals submitted by the Managing Director, APEWIDC, Hyderabad through the reference 11th read above, the Commissioner and Director of School Education and Ed-officio Project Director, RMSA, Hyderabad is pleased to accord sanction for payment of an amount of Rs.983.04 (Rupees Nine hundred eighty three Lakhs and Four thousand only) as 1st installment to 122 Schools (as per annexure) of Phase- II to the Chairmen of SMDCs concerned for clearing the pending bills. The list of schools together with amount released is enclosed herewith.

Accordingly, the Finance & Accounts Offcier of this office has been requested vide reference 13th read above to release an amount of Rs.983.04 (Rupees Nine hundred eighty three Lakhs and Four thousand only) through ECS system to the concerned 122 Secondary Schools SMDCs accounts duly verifying the same to clear the pending bills.

Therefore, all the concerned Head Masters & Chairmen of SMDCs of identified 122 Secondary Schools (as per list) are requested to take immediate necessary action as per norms of RMSA and Orders & Guidelines issued from time to time, for payment of clearing pending bills of Phase-II constructions of Civil Works taken up under RMSA in the sanctioned components.

This has the approval of Commissioner and Director of School Education & Ex-Officio Project Director, RMSA, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
