Walk-in-interview will be held for appointment in the following posts on purely temporary and contractual basis with consolidated monthly remuneration. Intending persons may report to the office of the University with properly filled up application format along with a Demand Draft as requisite application fees and all relevant papers and documents at WBUHS on the stipulated date positively within 12-00 noon. Candidates reporting after 12-00 noon would not be considered.

2. Bank Draft of required amount in favor of “The West Bengal University of Health Sciences payable at Kolkata will be enclosed with the application form as application fees.

3. Completed Application in all aspects should be submit to the concerned person on the day of interview positively within 12-00 noon at the office of the Registrar, the West Bengal University of Health Sciences, DD-36,Sector-I,Salt Lake ,Kolkata-700064.

4. The University reserves the right to relax experience in exceptional cases, or in the case of persons already holding analogous positions in a reputed institution/organisation.

5. The University reserves the right of rejecting any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof.

6. Candidates applying for more than one post may apply separately for each post.

7. The decision of the University in all matters will be final. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates in connection with the process of selection. Canvassing in any manner would entail disqualification of the candidature.

8. Incomplete applications or applications without application fees or applications without copies of supporting documents are liable to be rejected.

9. The University may relax the age and/or experience, if so recommended by the Competent Authority on specific grounds, the stipulations regarding qualifications in case of candidates possessing exceptionally good academic records and / or outstanding capabilities of work.
