This guide will teach students ethical words while helping them practice ethical behaviors inside and outside of school

ETHINARY [an ethics dictionary]

  1. ACCOUNTABLE
  2. Responsibility to someone or for some activity.
  3. AMBITION
  4. A strong desire to do or achieve something; determination.
  5. ASHAMED
  6. Feeling badly for the wrong you’ve done.
  7. BAD
  8. Unworthy, unwanted; of poor quality; not good in any manner; having a wicked or evil character.
  9. CARING
  10. An attitude or response to the wellbeing and welfare of others; showing them that they matter.
  11. CHARACTER
  12. It’s who you are and how others take you.
  13. CHARITY
  14. Doing good for free.
  15. CONFIDENIALITY
  16. Keeping your eyes on your own work and keeping your mouth shut.
  17. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
  18. Being pulled in two directions and any way you look at it someone’s going to get hurt.
  19. CONSIDERATE
  20. Looking out for the other person.
  21. COOPERATION
  22. Getting along with others and helping others get along with you.
  23. CORRUPT
  24. Working against the good.
  25. DECEPTION
  26. Giving someone the wrong idea.
