Make sure that you have SMART Notebook 10. If not please put in a work order for that version J
1. The Interface of Program:
Here is the main screen of SMART Notebook 10. The page that you are currently creating is in the white above. Adding more pages is simple and can be done by clicking here. All pages that are in the current notebook are shown here. Try to add a few pages to your “Notebook”
2. The Gallery
To open the Gallery where you can get pictures, interactive and multimedia, themes, backgrounds, and already created notebooks click on the picture of the framed picture.

3. Gallery Example
1. Go to Lesson Activity Toolkit 2.0
2. Select activities
3. Select Category sort – image
4. Drag to your notebook page (your selected color of sorting)
5. Select “Edit” at top. Now you can create anything you would like your students to sort. Simply drag images needed and label columns and pick how many images you would like to do. Below is what the activity will look like when completed.
See if you can find the interactive dice. Create a notebook file with these and explain how you might use in the classroom?

6. Importing PowerPoints
You might want to import some PP that you have already created. Go to file and select import.
Select the PowerPoint that you would like to be imported. It will automatically import each slide as a separate page. Some things might have to be rearranged once you get on this page. The great thing is that you will not have to go from regular mode to edit mode like on PowerPoint.
